"Mystery Shopper" Has Positive Impact

There's a "WOW" buzz around town - have you heard it yet? Businesses who attended the Mystery Shopper workshop learned that a satisfied customer is just not enough - you must look for and deliver the "WOW" - the extra special something that catches the attention of the customer.

One attendee was responding to an email inquiry and decided to give them the WOW by telling them about all the great activities and places to visit in the Chewelah area. She accidently sent it to the wrong address and they responded by saying "it sounds like a great place - we'll come visit sometime."

Another couple have been challenging themselves to find a WOW in every volunteer or work situation they are in.

It doesn't take much - just going beyond what the customer thinks they want. Does anyone have examples?
